Bangkok burns

All photos from Din Deang district this afternoon (May 16th).

Note: Spotting military snipers in the buildings. Shots rang out periodically all day and there were many injuries and likely some deaths.

Note: Molatove cocktail.

  2. superb? the photographs are striking, but what's in them i far from 'superb'.

  3. And what about when the amateur photographer goes out to get 'superb' photos, then gets killed? What does that do for Thailand? Reinforces perception of an ungoverned state, that's what. Unfortunately, Thai markets and tourism industry can recover from any number of Thai deaths--but one foreign death has an incrementally larger effect in terms of foreign perceptions. Again--don't agree with this, but it's a fact. Going out there is naive and foolish.

  4. Hi, these pictures are incredibly powerful. I'm wondering if you would give me permission to post them on my blog, with credit to you obviously?
Thanks for documenting this part of history, Natalie

  6. I want to show my appreciation to the writer just
for bailing me out of such a predicament. As a result of surfing through the internet and obtaining ways
which are not helpful, I believed my entire life was done.

Being alive minus the answers to the issues you have sorted out all through your blog post is a critical case, as well as ones that would have in a wrong way
damaged my entire career if I hadn't discovered your blog. Your primary natural talent and kindness in handling every part was important. I am not sure what I would've done if I hadn't come upon such a point like this. I am able to at this moment relish my future. Thank you so much for your high quality and sensible help. I will not think twice to propose your web sites to any person who desires tips about this matter.
